Most meetings are open to visitors and some include men!
| 8th January | A Spanish evening A glass or two of Spanish wine with tapas. An introduction to the Moses Basket Project that we will complete in September. |
| 12th February | Bury in Bloom Chris Whiley will tell us about the organisation of the annual competition and give us tips on sustainable gardening. |
12th March | Scottish Dancing The Scottish Reel Company will talk to us about Scottish dance and demonstrate some whilst encouraging us to join in. |
9th April | Gin Tasting Learn about and enjoy the taste of local Gin thanks to Heart of Suffolk Distillery |
14th May | AGM, Resolutions and CPR A review of the past year and, if appropriate, a vote for our choice of Resolution at the National Annual Meeting. Then the chance to learn how to do CPR. |
11th June | Let’s Go Wild with Chicken Wire Our own Denise Shaw will help us create an arrangement using summer flowers. |
9th July | Annual Garden Party This year Marilyn will open her garden for us to enjoy a social evening with strawberries and prosecco. |
August | Instead of a meeting we will go out to somewhere interesting. Date and destination to be arranged. |
10th September | Moses Basket Project Nicky Thomas will tell us about The Moses Project. We will give as many packs for the project as we can from the goodies we have been collecting and/making |
| 8th October | Local Chalk Streams Ros Alexander will take us through the importance and restoration of our rare and precious chalk streams. |
| 12th November | Bury drop in Centre A look at the work for the homeless done by the people at the centre with Sabine Dornbusch. |
| 10th December | Christmas Meeting Fun food and Secret Santa |
