About Us
We are a small, friendly group of ladies and would love you to come along and join us at our meetings.
Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month, start time 7.30pm at the Honington and Sapiston Village Hall, Bardwell Road, Sapiston, IP31 1RU, where there is plenty of parking.
We start the meeting by singing Jerusalem, this is followed by the Minutes of the Last Meeting and any New Business that has arisen. We try to keep the business side of things as short as possible. Normally our guest speaker for the evening will then entertain us for around 45-60 minutes (Our programme page has details of the speakers for the coming year). After the speaker we have tea/coffee and biscuits.
Following the refreshment break, we then have social time with an activity, for example a quiz , crafting or a computer session. The President rounds off the evening with any other items of interest and the meeting is closed after singing The National Anthem. We aim to have the meeting finished before 10.00 pm.
