SUPPORT FOR MY WISH CHARITY - 2023

Presentation of cheque to My Wish Charity and  the opening of the Butterfly Garden at West Suffolk Hospital

FULLERS MILL  - AUGUST 2023

We  were lucky to escape the rain when we visited Fullers Mill one evening in August. Despite rapidly darkening skies we were able to enjoy a gentle stroll round the gardens finishing with tea and cake before the heavens opened!

SAVE THE LOVE CAMPAIGN FEBRUARY 2023

At our meeting we crafted green hearts to be displayed at the Community Centre  to raise awareness of the Show The Love Campaign.  Our speaker was  from EcoFrenzy.

VISIT TO HILLY RIDGE ALPACAS JULY 2022

We had a great evening visiting Jo at Hilly Ridge.  She gave us a brief talk about her alpacas and then we went to feed them.  It was wonderful to be so close to these friendly animals.  We enjoyed the delicious coffee and cake too!

LINO  CUTS WITH  HELEN  MAXWELL JUNE 2022

A super evening when we enjoyed a demonstration and talk by the local print artist Helen Maxwell before using her lino cut  technique to make bookmarks to take home.

AFTERNOON VISIT  TO WYKEN VINEYARD JUNE 2022

A lovely relaxing afternoon spent at Wyken Vineyard, strolling around the beautiful gardens and enjoying a cream tea.

VISIT TO YUM YUM TREE FUDGE FACTORY JUNE 2022

Some members visited the Yum Yum Tree Fudge Factory in Woolpit  where we watched the fudge being made before enjoying a tasting session.  We came away laden with delicious purchases!

VISIT TO SEE THE SNOWDROPS AT CHIPPENHAM PARK   FEBRUARY 2022

At the end of February some members enjoyed an afternoon at Chippenham Park, wandering around the beautiful snowdrop filled gardens before having tea in the cafe.
